i want to run more. i am an ok runner. but i wish to tone up a bit since summer is here. the only thing is that the only time i want to run is at night. and being a teenager i am afraid to run at night by myself. what i want is to wake up everyday at 8 and run. then come home take a shower and go on with my day. how can i become more motivated in doing so?

yes I'm having a Breast reduction wednesday, and i'm not
scaried of the pain yet, but is more concern about the breathing tube that they put down your mouth, but my question is: Is there any other method that they can use without the tube, could they use a mask. only answer if you really know or you had a breast reduction or any other surgery. please help me...

ive been in a long term relationship for many years and together although unmarried we share 3 kids. i haven't had sex for a very long time (think in years, not days) . After a root canal, i had a filling. How do u notice if a filling fell off? Do i necesarily need a crown?! Can i brush on a root canaled tooth? My cheeks is somewhat swollen and inside feels stiff. Is that normal? How can i relieve that? It is quite uncomfortable especially when i have to laugh my cheek aches.
Next treatment i need to clean my teeth and then another filling. My dentist recommended further decisions after that next treatment whether crowning or not. Please give me the headups.

Some time ago I saw on a tv science program on how to put a brass coating on metal I think it was a metal bolt.

I have forgotten most of the details.
It seems you put in zinc powder or something like it and then added another coating and then subjected to a naked flame
apparently it then formed a brass coating from the two metal additives any one know how it was done.

I mean there are other views besides the Christian one. If we are to allow this view as Intelligent Design, then we should be teaching all others.
Buddhist
Zoroastrian
Native American
Hindu

I mean they have beliefs that are just as valid as Intelligent Design (as proposed by Christians), why not?

Oh, I know .. because that would be taught in a Religious Theory class not Science!
Leave Science where it is, and have students select electives in Highschool that would include other Religious Beliefs ..
This way they are exposed and have the choice to make their own decisions, on which religion they would like to believe or not over science.
