I tried going to sprint.com but I have exceeded the maximum # of characters. Do I use their sprint number@sprint.com? Tell me how to do this?

try sending to sprint number@messaging.sprintpcs.com

I purchased the vision package from sprint and just use my yahoo or aol mail to send it. never tried doing it thru sprint. Dial 2 * on your phone and it will connect your to customer service. I never had much luck with them but maybe you will.I paid for the ability to send pics and never could cancelled it and now I can go figure.OK figured it out they have to have a sprint name. you get to it thru my account,then messaging,thenpcs messaging but it does go to sprintpcs.com. the other person can get their sprint address by doing the same thing it comes up on screen to write or retrieve mess. hope it helps
