My favorite is the Outback Steakhouse. The only problem is, it is usually so expensive, that I can only go once in awhile. If I have some extra cash, and I am out and about, I will always hit the Outback.

A small place in Brighton, Colorado called La Placita, or a small grease pit in Trinidad, Colorado called Lee's Bar B Que, they have the absolute best chili fries!!!

A local Thai restaurant called "Jasmine Thai". It's delicious, and fresh..and they know what I'm going to order.

Red Lobster...they have delicious salmon, and they're the only place I knw of with crab legs on the kids' menu!!! YUM!
