I cant find any products that contain alpha lipoic acid in a topical form so can I just dissolve it with some water and rub it on my skin as a mask?

I have suffered from depression all my life and still take medication daily for it.I have also worked all my life.A lot of people you speak to these days have depression and can't or won't work (excuse depression) or Bi-polar ! Do people think that this phrase Bi-polar is over used. and what exactly does it mean? Are the people suffering from it at both ends of the planet?

I am 21 y/o and currently have $1,000 in debt. I work Full-time and make around $600 every 2 weeks (living on my own, so exclude living expiences). I previously went to a car lot to purchase a new car (new car to me is in the 03-04 model year), upon talking with the dealer and finance manager I was told I don't have enough history behind me, but they would be willing to put me on a 36 month payment plan with a monthly payment plan roughly around $650 a month for a 2006 Chevy Colbalt, obviously I am not stupid enough so I told them no.

My question is how can I get that history behind me so I can purchase a car within the range of $4500 - $5000? And if I were to pay off that debt would it help any? Obviously my credit is my own, and it was my fault for getting it where it was, which to say the least is not as a bad as a few people I know who owe a whole lot more. At any rate I have every intention to pay off what I owe and I want to have a great credit history for the future. Thanks.

Its really differnent from christian worship. True some christians stand their, but most christians raise their hands and sing along and are happily clapping their hands. Mormons sit quielty and read/sing from a hymnal book. Its suppose to be reverent, but the differance between christian worship and mormon worship, I found was the connection I got from God and the joy, and some times God even talked to me during christianworship, I even saw a vision or two, but this never happen to me during Mormon worship.

Hey Guys,
just curious. Today when I went into town, I had a almost empty coffee that I had to throw out to go into the store I needed to enter. There weren't any trash cans outside, so I ran into a restraunt right next to the store and kindly asked them if I could throw out my drink. The manager then came out, told me I was extremley rude, then tossed her hand at the door and yelled 'Bye'. I was really taken aback. Is what I did rude? Just wondering!
