my mum with pork and veal mince, herbs and cookes onion, grilled on the chargrill, soft fresh white buns, onions, lettuce, tomato relish, provolone cheese and eggplant slices.

Louie's Lunch in New Haven CT. They cook both sides at once in gas burners which close like a book, vertically, around the burger, sealing in the juices. They must have incredibly good meat to begin with, too. I remember eating there a long while ago and have never forgotten it! We stood in a line and just held up fingers for "one" or "two" or however many burgers we were getting. That was it. They were served on toasted regular square white bread.

But, really, the best are what you make. Get that cheap Hamburger meat with all the delicious fat!!!! Yum. You can Fry in a pan or grill them yummy taste-bud tantalizers! :-p
