I've learned in this R&S section that the sky, the trees and the birds are proof of God. It seems to be impossible to deny that proof.

I'm 27, have been an atheist all my life. I must have seen thousands of different skies, at least 10,000 trees and even more birds.

Are there any statistics on how long it usually takes for people to understand this undeniable proof of God?

When I was in Elementary School they had a contest every year, where you decorate a paper turkey with glitter, feathers, rhinestones and other craft stuff. So I was thinking of doing the same type of thing at my daughter's (4th) birthday party. It's only going to be her and one other little girl. So far the only thing I can think of is a butterfly. I am the LEAST creative person I know, so I need some more ideas. Also, if someone knows where I can find a GOOD basic butterfly outline, that would be great!!! Along with any other outlines you think would be good.

I tried to google all kinds of different things and I'm not finding anything really good. Also, I do not have any clip art programs, photoshop, paint shop, paint shop pro or ANYTHING even close to those.

Long story short- friends, I liked him, told him, it couldn't work out, we stayed friends. But NOW, he's always doing these little things like say we're gonna get married and make me feel special and stuff, but then he goes on about a girl he likes. I'm almost certain he does it to make me jealous, because of the way he says it and I try and counterattack it by saying stuff about hot guys I like. He'll then say he dreams about me and says he likes this love song and he tells me to listen to it. I get the feeling he likes me, but then I don't again?
As you can see, I'm confused. Do guys play mind games purposely or is it sometimes accidental? Or are they sometimes confused about how they feel? Also, if anyone wants to answer this- what should I do about this guy? <3

I am 29, just finished my residency and am now an attending physician. I have always been a "nice guy". I am attractive and I work out several times a week. i am single, with no children. Here is my issue-when i was younger I never got a girl to really date me because of the nice guy persona that defines me. Girls always skipped me for the partying bad boy. I was alone. Now i have several women who ask me out. Most all have children and the bad boy guy they were with either left, are in jail, or the women got sick of them and ditched them. I refuse to get involved with anyone with children who is single due to the former reasons. Why should I put my time and resources into raising another mans child? I am just promoting that guys reproductive success while taking away from mine. Most of these women want me to raise there children but say " I dont want anymore kids" for whatever reason.

Before you say American cars don't last, keep in mind my previous car was an '88 Cavalier - which my parents bought brand new in 1987 and then handed down to me - lasted me 19 years with 230,000 miles and had no major problems. This is why I'm considering the Cobalt, because I know Chevy puts out quality economical vehicles that can last until about 200K. Fords are out of the question; I've had 2 Ford cars, including a Lincoln, which both died on me before reaching 100K. I think the Hyundai Tiburon is a better looking car, and I'd rather have it, but I have heard bad things about Hyundais and I don't want a car that's going to give me problems around 40K. Honda Civics are cool and I know they last, but they're not as fancy and sporty as the Tiburon and the engine is too small for my liking. So, what would you pick, a Cobalt or a Tiburon?
