For example, I would like to have something like a square aluminum pad or something that can take in heat from a source and transfer it some way to another location without getting too hot. Maybe through an insulated wire of some sort? Possible?

For someone that sure "dished" a lot of it out she sure can't take it. I guess she is threatened by Elisabeth. It does go to show... a lib can't hold up to the cold hard facts for an extended period of time. When they get confronted by someone who does not see it their way... they run. Can't say that I am sad she is leaving, early at that. Oh wait Rosie.... you forgot your back bone.... uh... I guess that was a prop too.

Like I read an American name Robert Fitzwald Gordon & many similar ones. Do they alter there names when they reach adolescence or its there parents who keep so complex names. Even I heard that many celebrities, like Madonna's original name is so different.
In other cultures, people usually prefer to use there ancestral surname. But I have come across americans who don't use even the surnames. I am very curious to know about this practise. Thanks

I am equally as disgusted with both congressional parties. In my estimation, I think they all have a severe case of opti-rectosis. What ever happened to for the people, by the people, and of the people?

"In some private homes we find people who work with wool and rags, and cobblers, that is, the least cultured and most ignorant kind. Before the head of the household, they dare not utter a word. But as soon as they can take the children aside or some women who are as ignorant as they are, they speak wonders....If you really wish to know the truth, leave your teachers and your father, and go with the women and the children to the women's quarters, or to the cobbler's shop, or to the tannery, and there you will learn the perfect life. It is thus that these Christians find those who will believe them."
-- Celsus, a Roman Pagan intellectual.

This comes from his refutation of Christianity. But I must be a real idiot myself, because to me, it sounds like a compliment.

How do you take it? Explain.

Thanks.

"Save JERICHO" campaign. I've been contacted by several learned individuals who strongly indicate that PHYSICALLY MAILED LETTERS ARE CONSIDERED IN A HIGHER REGARD THAN E-MAILS, ON-LINE PETITIONS, ETC.

Electronic forms of communication are certainly noted, but might be perceived as too easy, too knee jerk. Physical letters...written, addressed, stamped, etc...are viewed as representing more sincerity, dedication, effort, and commitment. Physical letters also decrease the likelihood of the same person sending multiple messages (on-line, there would be issue of multiple screen names, and whatnot). To be fair, if a network is being asked to make such a massive commitment, it deserves to know how big its potential audience really is.

The CBS folks who should receive such letters:

Mr. Kelly Kahl
Senior Exec VP of Programming
CBS Television Network
51 West 52nd St.
New York, NY 10019

Ms. Nina Tassler, President
CBS Entertainment
7800 Beverly Blvd
