Please make sure that you are fully lubricated beforehand, especially if using a latex condom. Make sure to use Astroglide or the like...I do NOT recommend KY, because that becomes too tacky too quickly, adding to bad friction. Then you shouldn't be so raw afterward. And don't forget to pee soon afterward...it helps clear your urinary tract of any bacteria, which decreases your chances of an infection there! PS: you can also try the Kimono brand condom, I think they offer a non-latex plastic one. But do NOT use the lamb condoms if you are NOT in a completely monogamous relationship, as the lamb condoms DO NOT PROTECT against HIV.

go talk to your doctor about it. i don't know if you've been sexually active since 16 or not, but perhaps it has nothing to do with the depo at all. i wouldn't think it would have a permanent effect on you for this long. your doctor would have better answers and be able to check why this would be happening. perhaps your not getting an orgasm for medical reasons

You could use some KY jelly to keep things lubed up a bit. This will keep things moist and will not be overbearingly slimey.
