I like both Elisabeth and Rosie, it was nice to see two people with two completely different opinions and views yet still be able to be friends. I do think however that Rosie does tend to air her views but declines to take in anyone elses, it was extremely obvious towards the end. I do also think Elisabeth held her own well considering each time Rosie made a point the audience clapped, I think they were too afraid to do otherwise, but still Elisabeth never backed down.
But I really did enjoy Rosie being on the show it balanced out everything, but on the other hand monopolised alot of things.
I hope she gets replaced with someone equally as good.

Let me preface my comments with the fact that I am not a fan of Rosie O'Donnell...I find her abrasive and really, not entertaining. And that is what television is about for me...entertainment.

What I will admit to admiring is the fact that Ms. O'Donnell managed to bring some intelligence to the table by bringing up important political news on a daily basis. I don't necessarily always agree with her political view, but she has sparked much needed debate.

She won't be missed, by me or many others...but her brand of 'tell it like it is' is something America needs...instead of the brainless, talentless ex-reality show beauties who come on and discuss the latest adventures of their toddlers. If BW wanted an intelligent show, she should have hired intelligent women for the panel. She got what she got because she hired who she did. She will have no complaints behind closed doors, because Ms. O'Donnell was successful in making The View a politically and relevant program for the country...like it or not.

Why shouldn't she leave early? If you were in a crap job and could leave early wouldn't you do the same?

I just hope she has a show opposite "The View" and kills it in the ratings. I stopped watching "The View" when they put that silly twit Elizabitch on it. Why is she there? Because she married a quarterback? So what? She definitely proves the saying about air-headed blondes!

I think even Star Jones was better than her.

Barbera Walters must really be getting senile. That, or her last face lift left her with brain damage.

I think she decided she doesn't need the BS at this point in her life. Why bicker with the little moron EH? Rosie is a wealthy woman with a family and children and is very involved in charity. Was having to listen to EH spew garbage for 10-15 minutes a day really worth it? I doubt it. I think Rosie realized she has better things to do with her time. EH isn't worth the effort. And since the View is owned by Disney, I doubt they offered her a very fair contract.

Because nobody wants her around. I am no fan of Liz's also but Rosie's comments about Christians, referring to OUR TROOPS as terrorist and then gets mad because nobody defended her, get real. Rosie is a rude obnoxious pain in the @$$. ABC made a huge mistake hiring her. Won't miss her and hopefully, she won't be back on tv again.

It's a career move. She may be alot of things, insane being chief, but she is at the top of her game and she is interesting to people. She will have her own show agian soon or any other gig she wants.

Elizabeth is NO angel! She has got a BIG mouth and extremely annoying, but b/c she is pretty, who cares right?
Okay-new rule everyone-if someone is attractive, they can say/do anything and whatever they say will be overlooked b/c she is easy on the eyes. Oh yeah-and she's also not gay that's another plus on her side.
