She's in it for ratings. There is NO WAY that a person can be that STUPID and not die from an accidental aspirin overdose. Man a-livin! Yeah, let's be nice to the Guantanamo Gang...after all, don't they just put the FUN back into Fundamentalist Extremeism? And I'm sure that since she's such a fan, they won't behead her and her lesbian lover first....isn't homosexuality a crime in Sharia law?
Rosie O'Dumbbell...ugh! I need to go wash something!

This topic doesn't usually provoke great interest within me. However, when it comes to the likes of Rosie and others who seem to get joy from slamming America, I feel a great sense of relief when wiser minds have stood strong to give Rosie's brand of crap-filled venom right back to her.
And with Rosie leaving anyway, I have to wonder why she wasn't more laid-back and relaxed. I can only speculate:
• Will she sorely miss being on the air and having a national forum on which she could spout her junk?
• It's not the money, I guess, but I suppose there were plenty of back-stage problems between Rosie, ABC, and Disney.
• While the front office may have liked the increased ratings, that came at a steep price. Like so many other money-hungry enterprises where that bottom line is paramount, unfortunately principle, decency, and good taste matter for nothing. I think the public view of ABC and Disney was taking a dive and they had to be asking themselves, "Yes, although The View is doing well, what will happen to us in the long-run?"
• And if I wanted to start some gossip, I'd have to wonder whether Rosie's partner — if that's what you want to call her — may have said something about Elisabeth in their home that could have provoked hate-filled jealousy in Rosie.
Bye-bye, Rosie. You're not funny any longer, no one wants to hear what you have to say, and you won't be missed either.
By the way ... When all this doo-doo about The View began several months ago, I noticed that their web site had e-mail links for all their hosts, but not for Rosie. I always wondered why that was/is. Might she have been getting too much hate mail? Gee, I wonder why (not).

I really can't stand Rosie. She's pretty much done everything possible to absolutely ruin the publics opinion of her. Getting into it with everyone's favorite sweetheart Elisabeth on the show. Has she completely gone over the edge? Maybe she should just move out of the United States. I know I wouldn't miss her.

All I can think about is Proverbs 16:18
King James: "Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall."
I kinda like this translation as well;
God's Word Translation: "Pride precedes a disaster, and an arrogant attitude precedes a fall."
I'd say that Rosie is more than prideful, arrogant and haughty.

Rosie is a loud mouth. the reason she is leaving is to spend more time with her family. i don't know why she was ever put on that show to begin with. all she has done is bully men and woman. i don't watch the view, but if rosie did say that about our troops then she can screw off.

She's a bitter fool who probably has finally realized how the network was purposely using her as a puppet to get free publicity.
Its one big manufactured plotline on that show,
A Jerry Springer show for suburban moms.

I find the whole ordeal hilarious...I can say that i'm going to miss her on the view (no not because i watch it) but for the fact that all her arguing with every single person on the show will be history...expect ratings to drop though...lol

I'm glad she is gone. Noone liked her baloon butt. How dare she say what she said about our troops. I bet if she were faced with Al Queda or our troops she'd go with our troops. I'm not a big fan of the view but I'm glad that young girl stood up to her. She looked like an ant next to a sumo wrestler.

She trashed her dressing room and her writer defaced photos of Elizabth Hasselbeck. Reminds me of when Clinton left the White House.
