Simple It's the Law. We attacked them we are the responsiable party.

Sure there were UN sanctions. But remember Bush chose a premptive assult on Saddam. We are the agressors. We must pay.

Don't worry about it, we are borrowing money from China. Your grandchildren will have to pay the Chinese back, but that is not our problem. Live for the day.

I agree with the poster above. Find all the money that cannot be accounted for and apply that to rebuilding Iraq. Then all the oil we were promised would help pay for the war needs to start paying for it and not making Halliburton and the Big Oil companies rich.

Why not locate the billions that have gone "missing". That would be a good start.
