Sack means a sack.

The word together means a cart to transport sacks like a wheelbarrow!

A Sackkarre is a barrow or handcart. Can't find Stechkarre.
Stechen means to sting or to stab. Nearest I have found is Stechkarten which is a clocking in card.

I'm going to assume Eelliko's picture is accurate. I'd call it a dolly, or if it had the sack, I'd call it a grocery trolley.

In Australian English, you'd call it a trolley.

The nearest translation could be genius, devil.
It comes from an antic German word.
