how do i find d^2w / dx^2 + d^2w / dy^2??


my answer doesnt seem to make much sense...

Recently we had a shooting death in a busy bar district. The shooter was cowardly firing from a moving vehicle into a crowd of innocent bystanders and I suppose his target.
Unfortunately the only person hit was a 21 year old innocent bystander and in the end he died.
What do you think of setting the penalty of drive by or random shooting to the equivalent of 1st degree murder? In reality, that's what you're either trying to commit, or going to commit.

I noticed a few rabbis don't want to shake hands with me. Is it beacuse I'm Chinese and my hand might be filled with pork particles?

My bosses are Jewish and we frequently do pro-bono work for synagogues. These non-paying jobs are often handed to me, but my bosses are still the front men for meetings. Sometimes I go to the job site to clarify things with the workers and meet with the rabbis. Not all, but I noticed a few rabbis don't want to shake hands with me.

I found it a bit rude to treat someone who has done pro-bono work for them, but I would like to think there are some other reasons.

Is there some religious/cultural prohibition against shaking hands?

My pc is messing up! I have a Windows 2000 and every time i try to go on my pc when its loading... it freezes at when its at 99% but i can go on safe mode though. my dad says its my video cards but idk. i had xp on it and it dose the same thing so i wiped my hard drive and put 2000 on it so i can upgrade it later but it still happens! plzzz help me!!!!! thx a lot!

Hard-line Christians (and other hard-liners from different faiths)argue that homosexuality (amongst other things) is a sin and is wrong. In the secular world, to discriminate against homosexuals, women, people of different ethnic extractions etc is illegal yet successful cases, protecting a persons personal belief that their religion says these things are wrong, have been prosecuted around the world under the guise of "religious freedom". Why do we allow this to happen? If someone said that their religion permits wife-beating, can we possibly allow them to escape the justice of the law?*

How do I get my husband to understand that I WILL NOT do all the house work. I work 52 hrs a week (I also work Sat) from 9-6pm He gets home from work at 2pm sometimes 12pm and will not do any house work and when he does do some house work he throws it in my face about how I not doing my duty as a WOMAN. (P.s He does do SOME house work) But how do I make him understand chores are the last thing in my mind when I come home from a stressful day at work? Any suggestions???

Is this just a new way to distract from the quagmire in Iraq or is there really something new in this recent declassification? I mean is it really news that Bin Laden is still planning attacks against the US? I live in California. My lease runs out May 31. So I figured, since I didn't tell anyone I was staying, I would be able to leave. The AntiChrist......Why is everyone so obsessed with the idea that the United States will play an important role in the End Time Prophecies in the Revelation? People are looking at America to give birth to the Anti-Christ, when actually, the entire book the the Revelation never mentions the US or anyone of the East...only the West, North, and South...(Asians/Russians/Persians/Egyptians, etc)
I understand that John could not have described the US because it didnt exist, but still....why are people..ESPECIALLY SOUTHERN BAPTISTS, so sure that the AntiChrist is coming from us and that WE play ANY role in this prophecy? (Not making fun of Southern Baptists...just I have heard many elder men of this Association tell me things like this..Im non-denomenational) We are nothing to them...just a blessed nation that supports Israel. We will be destroyed near the beginning of the Tribulation. Are we really that conceded?

why is it more likely for a guy, after he gets what he wants- to just break up with the girl when hes done sleeping around with her? why do guys do that? and why do they stay with the ones that dont give it up because they have something to work for but then fuss about not getting any?? what are guys thinking? and then they say they LOVE YOU and would NEVER leave you but then they do after the sex gets old.
