I have had physical custody of my children, alone, for 9 months. Their father and I were never married, but were together 7 years (without commonlaw). We have a pending custody case. I want to help my mother who just lost my father. I would like to leave state for 5-6 months. Can I do this? I have been calling my lawyer all day and she has not returned my calls yet.

1. The US invaded Iraq in '03 and destabalized the government, the insurgency had already begun.
2. It is no surprise that Bin Laden wanted to send agents to Iraq, Iranian and Saudi trained terrorists were already operating in Iraq.
3. Bush's arguement is non sequitur, meaning it does not make logical sense to say the US presence in Iraq is fighting terrorism, if Bin Laden only wanted to enter because the US had already invaded.
4. "Stay the course" and "support our troops" have become meaningless mantras to further the president's agenda and have no connection with actual policy. Staying the course does not defeat terrorism, because Bin Laden, and all terrorists in Iraq were only able to enter AFTER the war had begun.
Support our troops is a mantra because war funding is not tied to soldier pay. Most war funding goes directly to deployment costs and the supply system. Soldiers are put in danger by being deployed in Iraq.
Is Bush trying to trick us?

For Spanish we're supposed to write a small paragraph on our favorite celebration. I suck at Spanish big time, so I'm looking for some help.

"My favorite celebration is Thanksgiving. I celebrate it with my family, relatives and friends. Usually we have Thanksgiving at my house or my grandparents. I like to eat alot of food and watch football on TV afterwards. Other then eating food, it is great to spend time with my family, and we have alot of fun doing things together like playing football or just catching up with eachother."

Any help would be appreciated. And please, no computer translations! Those always suck.

First off, most the info I find says that manufactured homes are bad investments and they depreciate over time.

However, I don't know about my area specifically. Me and my significant other make a combined income of almost $120K a year where we live and unfortunately that's baerly enough to afford purchasing a one bedroom condo where we live. But we would still like to get out of renting and being at the mercy of a landlord to raise our rent whenever he feels like it.

So, i've been looking at manufactured homes in our area and they're considerably cheaper. I can get a 3-4bd manufactured for the price of that same one bd. condo. I figure a mortgage on a manufactured would give us a nice place to live while allowing us to build some type of equity in it without throwing money away on rent. Then if we can build enough equity and continue saving other money we can sell the home and upgrade into a nicer condo at some point.

Any thoughts on this? Thanks.

just for fun, i decided to roll to a dealer in salem that just happened to have 3 different 'flavors' of the ninja. the 250, 500, and the 650r. the 250 would be passable, but the left bar would graze my left knee in a full lock turn, the 500 was spot on for the most part.
what i cant figure out is: with a redline of about 13,000 rpm, and a max speed read-out of 130 mph.....isnt this ninja-250 fast enough? or is it just that u'd rather wipe out at 180 mph so u can get a closed casket funeral....and in enough pieces to need a small box.

Well basically I have a so-called fiance who says "Oh babe, we don't need to get married right now. We need more time because I don't want to end up in a divorce after a few months".

I don't get it? If he truly loves me and wants things to work between us then isn't it supposed to be "For better or worse, through thick and thin"? I mean there is a reason they included those words in the verse. We already have a child together, and I know I love him with all my heart, and I wouldn't want to make things work with anyone else. I'm commited to him. So why doesn't he feel the same?? Is it cold feet?? HELP me understand. PLEASE!!

How am I supposed to get my 80 + pound dog to roll over? Also, is there anything that I can do to make him obey better? It's like he has selective hearing.... Also, heh, I taught him to shake, oh, yeah he does it, but sometimes when I'm sitting in a chair reading and he wants attention he'll try to shake and it scratches up my leg.... A lot of drama at my work place has happened over the last week. Saturday a few people went to the head boss to discuss the rumors and drama. Tomorrow afternoon there will be a meeting to discuss the drama and possibly some firing. I honestly have not said anything about anyone, but there has been some rumors going on about me, as well as a few other girls. I will say that I was one of the girls who went to HR department. These rumors can cause relationship problems, as well as personal problems. I know I'm not in highschool anymore, and I should just ignore them, but these rumors are too serious to ignore. Tomorrow is the big day. Everyone knows the head lady who has started these rumors. Pretty much what she does is take something innocent that I say, and turn it into something huge and misleading. Well, I'm nervous but I'm up to it. So my question is, "How can I handle the meeting?" Should I bring notes? Has anyone gone through this before? Any help would be appreciated.
