If this is true and you can't get up try to get someone to help you. If you are not seriously hurt then ask the person who helped you to hand you the beer, otherwise get it yourself!
If you do need to see a doctor then I suggest not to drink the beer as it may seem a contributing factor to your injury (not a good idea to walk into an emergency room with beer on your breath!).
Have you really fallen? After all, you were able to write this question?.........?
