i can't remember the word, but i can sorta remember the definition: liking or enjoying other people's pain (i remember it from 12 Angry Men) can anyone help me find the right word?

I keep on hearing this argument: "microevolution is real, macroevolution is false".

Odd, because macroevolution is merely the result of a lot of microevolution over a long period of time.

Do Creationists see some magical biological or logical barriers that prevent microevolution from becoming macroevolution? Or do they simply deny the existence of time?

I was stopped for speeding 17 miles over. The ticket says radar gun was used and it was raining. I was placed in the police car b/c of a "warrant". I did not see a radar gun and it was not raining. We have this on videotape. (The not raining part.) This case is still going to court. How can I prove there was no radar? Or how can the police prove that the radar was working and tested over four years ago.

My boss just found out she had cancer in her bum. It is at the base of the anus and she is going to have a piece of it cut out next week. How am i supposed to comfort her? Does anyone have any experience with some like this? This woman has been such a role model and gide for me, I am really concerned.

Seriously. Why is it more appealing to write "u" instead of "you"? Why can't you take two seconds to make your typing seem semi-intelligent? So you at least appear to have a IQ higher than 90...

The issue is not the report, but look at the American responses, they are telling ABC that they are aiding and abetting our enemies.

Rosie was fired because we went to the advertisers, not sure who put that list together but we need to do it again for all of ABC.

We know none of them are going to vote republican when it's the democrats who give them welfare, free healthcare, etc - coming from MY paycheck that I work VERY hard to receive, by the way.
Am I the only one who doesn't see this whole illegal immigration issue as a sure way for the democrats to ensure they always win elections in the future?
How can we allow this absurdity to continue, especially when we deny visas to HARD WORKING people from other countries who HAVE JOBS and contribute to our economy & make our country better as a whole? It seems ridiculous!
