can anybody tell me where i might get a manual from as this is an import and im struggling to find one,also is there someone who knows the ins&outs of this model ????

Ask any Honda dealer to order you one.
They may not have ordering info for that particular manual, but the can call the Honda Tech line to get info on ordering one.

You are going to contact the private racing companies but I highly doubt that they would refer you to HRC because you do not have a racing license. Good Luck
