Bern's Steak House in Tampa, Fla. They grow or raise all the food they serve and have an enormous wine cellar. They have been consistently in the top 25 restaurants in the country for 30 years that I know of.

I have traveled all over the USA and eaten at many fine restaurants. My favorite meal of all time was in Atlanta GA at a place called Bones. Everything and every course was perfection. I had on blue jeans and they treated me like a celebrity. The true mark of a restaurant is how they treat their guests.
