okay lately ive been on the salmon (okay fish) and water diet. Its not only fish and water its vegtables and other stuff like fruit. What you want to do is eat every 3 to 4 hours but like in a snack. Grab a quick bar or something healthy maybe on of those slim fast shakes but dont eat a full meal. The only meals I've been eating are breakfast which considers that new cerals the special K kind look for them in walmart. With a small muffin. Then when i get hungry ill eat a apple and i always carry water around. For lunch ill get like a turkey sandwhich on the go remember light and for dinner ill eat a pasta with little calories! Its great and its not starving your self the best diet is the one you dont starve or throw up anything the trick is to just be determinded to do it. Besides that run a little every day even if its just for 15 min and drink LOTS of water sry to have to tell you this but the sodas are so not the way to go even if their just diet! Very harmful and the diet isnt going to go anywhere! Anyways its so about determination!!

I wouldn't suggest anything like diet pills or ordering special diet meals because you are a teenager and most special diet pills or meals are specifically for men and women over 30. What I would reccomend is to excersize everday. Although the results won't be immediate, excersizing everday (especially in the afternoon) will help you lose the weight that you gain naturally during the day at meals. But don't be discouraged if the results are not immediate because they won't be, but over the course of about a month, you will lose a few pounds or at least not gain weight, which is still good because teenagers are growing, and humans naturally gain more weight as they grow because their bodies have more room to store energy as you grow taller.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Lifting weight improves your metabolism.
This helps burn off more fat. Then you'll have muscle to show when the fat is gone.

Go get a hoola hoop. Or do some crunches, 200 of them and(or) situps and then 30 pushups. Then 30 jump and jacks. Relay races work for the summer. And jog in the park. You have to do a combination of things but don't forget to stretch first before and you have to do the cool down.
