Pinched nerve in my back?

I have had a pinched nerve in my back for about two weeks and I do still have pain. Now my question is......Does anyone know if it is ok to workout? Can I at least walk on the tredmill or is it still too soon????

Need help with bachelorette party theme ideas!!!?

I am on a very small budget,. However I am a maid of honor and have to plan the bachelorette party. Any theme ideas would be greatly appreciated. The other bridal attendant does not arrive in town until the night of the party, so I am on my own here. We have about 8 girls coming so far!

What are some good exercises(details inside)?

I know I already asked a similiar question to this but oh well. I need to loose weight, I am in 7th grade, I have an excersise bike, and last but not least I have asthma and I can't use my inhaler. Like I said I have an excersise bike and the only excersises I know of(by name I probably know others that I don't remember them/ the name of them) are jumping jacks, push-ups, pull ups(but can't do them lol), and sit ups. What are some good excersises and how do you do them? If can a website with excersises too please!! :) lol thx

Is it a crush or what.....?

I have a situation. There is a girl that i like and I have the luck that she trains the same sport with me in a same club. I'm new into it , 5 months and she has 8 years expirience. She works as a hair dresser in a nearby part of town, 15 minutes from ours. I'm the quiet type, don't say much usually but can be damn charismatic when I'm in my element. I'm worried that the situation has come off to a stalemate becouse she is sourly by now used to me as just as a another club guy that glances over her with his eyes, as everybody does. And she is aware of this.
I'm 19, going to college, and she is 18, and single :). The plan is like this. I wold wake up in 6.30 am, catch the train with which she goes to work and pray to God that she is in it. I have a good cover up story for what am I doing in the train. I wish to "feel the terrain" and at least casually chat with her once and see her reaction on me, is there any chance. We speak very little on our practices by the way.

My daughter is still not baptized.The godparent I picked started cheating on her hubby SO now what..?

can i do.. Alot of our friends have passed away. And my parents wont do it. The other grandma says she doesnt know about it.. How can I get someone to stand in for her baptizm? I have an appointment today with the priest..We are new here and do not know anyone.. Can someone in the congrigation stand in? Anyone know? Please help. thanks

Do you look to future with Hope or fear?

And why so? What scriptures back up your beliefs?

For myself I look to the future with hope. Revelation 21:3,4 - promises a beautiful future with no sickness and no death. Isaiah 33:24 - "No resident will say: "I am sick."" Sounds good to me.

I have faith that the Earth will always be here and be inhabited - 1 Chronicles 16:30; Psalm 37:29;

And that since it was God's will for man to live in peace and perfection on the earth, that in the future that's exactly what is going to happen. (Psalm 115:16)

Windows Movie Maker Question?

I have imported movies from my digital camera to Windows Movie Maker before and it has worked sucessfully, but This is the first time I've tried it with an actual video camera. For some reason, When I import the movies, there is no picture, and only sound. Why is this and How can I get the picture to work too? Any ideas would be great.
