Depends on who you talk to. If you are an "illegal alien" working "illegally" making subminimum wage for some tomato farmer in near the border you have no freedoms whatsoever. If you are one of the wealthy elite with $1-2 million in the bank you have far more freedoms, even if you break the law.
This a very subjective question. Ask most Western Europeans, i.e., France, Great Britain, Holland, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, etc, and you will get different opinions.

No, Somalia is. As they are a pure anarchy, no laws exist to infringe on individual freedom. By definition, they are the most "free". However, they are also living in a hellhole. That's why I don't subscribe to anarchic thought.

Not by a long shot. Countries like Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, France...pretty much all of Western and Northern Europe is much freer then the US. Their censorship and freedom of speech laws are much more layed back, even though the US claims to be censorship free and have freedom of speech.
Those countries also have a much more laid back government and police system. Things that you could go to jail for for years you only get a slap on the wrist for. Not only that, but health care and college education are free there, so you have even more freedom...to get sick and to get an education!

Hardly....it is starting to become one of the biggest "Police States" that I have ever been to! I blame it mostly on an overzealous Department of Homeland Security!
