I know I already asked a similiar question to this but oh well. I need to loose weight, I am in 7th grade, I have an excersise bike, and last but not least I have asthma and I can't use my inhaler. Like I said I have an excersise bike and the only excersises I know of(by name I probably know others that I don't remember them/ the name of them) are jumping jacks, push-ups, pull ups(but can't do them lol), and sit ups. What are some good excersises and how do you do them? If can a website with excersises too please!! :) lol thx

I play basketball everyday 4 like 1 hr. i dont know if ill be playing that long this week because my fone isnt playing the music anymore and my new fone wont come soon enough

walking and swimming are good for summer. borrow an aerobics tape from the library and do that on rainy days. or ride the exercise bike. my daughter likes tae bo tapes.
