A Ghost is a Spirit
And everyone has a Spirit
So if you don't believe in Ghost
You don't believe in Spirit
Then you don't believe in Yourself
Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood.
A Ghost is a Spirit which is a Soul the Etheric body that we use to Astral Travel so when we pass over that is what leaves the body.
It is understood as a sort of life force body or aura that constitutes the "blueprint" of the physical body, and which sustains the physical body.
Some people don't pass over because of unfinished business
Or they just don't know they have died
Or they didn't know to go to the light
This is what people call a Ghost
I call Spirit some call Lost Souls
If you see or feel an "Earth Bound Spirit" just tell them they are dead and to go to the Light so they can move on : )

It depends, lets say the house is in an Indian burial ground, then no matter what happens the sprit will haunt both the house on top of it and the land.
But if the house in the one that is haunted, and you destoy the house, the land wouldn't be affected.
It really depends on the situation

Either one or both. A ghost can also follow a specific person. I've gone to some seminar's on hauntings and this is what I've found to be true. That is of course if you believe in spirits.

Either way. It all depends on the ghost. Some will only stay in a house, others just drift around aimlessly, and others are attached to an area of land.

If you actually believe it anything could be haunted a ghost could in fact just cling to one thing such as a house, land, furniture, or even a trinket it all depends.

I was told it could be either way. You could contact a ghost hunter and get an investigation.
