I have had a pinched nerve in my back since 1973 as a result of an injury by days playing college football; 34 years ago. I still worked out, ran and served in Iraq during all that time.

You can workout....but just go easy...and you can use the treadmill in moderation.

I walk a lot every day, it's the best exercise for this problem. Even when I'm in a lot of pain I still walk.

you cant let something like that stop you, it will just get you into worse shape if you dont. As long as you arent overdoing it and straining that part that hurts.
