I hold a mortgage on a 3 unit house in Maine. My brother holds a mortgage on a 1 br condominium in Hawaii. We desire to swap these properties. I will then assume a mortgage for the 1 br condo in Hawaii and live there and my brother will assume a mortgage for the 3 unit house in Maine and live in one of the units there. The 1br condos are selling for 400,000 in Hawaii and the 3 unit house in Maine are selling for 200,000. We desire to minimize our capital gains and out of pocket expenses as we really just desire to trade the properties plain and simple.

when i wake i notice sometimes i have swellin in my hands do u think it could be due 2 me being pregnant or jsut lackin of circuation it does sometimes go back 2 normal but then it doesnt i have also noticed when its warm weather me feet swell occaisonly do u think this could be the pregnancy or just normal day

started to blink. When I bought the truck, I had it checked and no problems at that point. Well My Ext Warranty (Penn Auto Warranty) only offered me 725.00 towards a USED Tranny ONLY. My Tranny Mech offered to rebuild mine w/ new electronics for an addt'l 1900.00 I feel that is reasonable,soit's being done as we speak.
My question is : What can be done under the NY Lemon Law for me?

Does anyone of you know how often a typical florist buy flowers from wholesalers to sell in their own shops? I am 15 years old and I have been having periods for 4 years (I started with one every month) and I have a period every other month (I keep skipping a month).
Does anyone know what could be wrong with me? I am very consistant with dates for the months as well and there is never any more bleeding than normal. Nothing every hurts and I eat a health balenced diet and exersize alot.

what do you think about people who have dreams,and see and talk to their mother and father. I also see my sister brother and friends who have passed over. Is it because we can't really call them human therefore pro-lifers can't condemn it the same as abortion and the stem cell research can go on?
Should we just accept the fact that we have diseases and this is just a process of natural selection in a world that is already over populated. Isn't the process of natural selection simply the earths way of keeping a balance. What will happen when we keep interfering in that balance? Aids? Madcow disease? West Nile Virus? Do you think mother nature is trying to tell us something?
