This is just your cycle changing. I used to have perfect 28 day cycles all throughout high school. Then, about a year into college, I started having 7 or 8 week cycles. The first time it happened, I really thought I was pregnant, but I wasn't.

If it bothers you, you can talk to your doctor about getting birth control pills to regulate your cycle. Or, you can just enjoy having a period half as often as usual.

everyone has different cycles. a 28 cycle is considered to be regular, but some women get 34 week, and others less. so if you're periods are consistent, i wouldn't worry.

if they are irregular, on the other hand, i'd see a doctor just in case because you've had your period for more than three years (esp if you are sexually active). however, these can change your cycle//regularity: thyroid gland problems (the big gland in your throat), eating too little calories, low body wieght, excessive excersize. and certain meds.your body could also be producing too much androgen...

At 15 it is normal for your period to go through irregularities. Exercise , change in diet, and even stress can affect your periods as well. If it continues or becomes a worry to you, talk to your mom or a trusted friend, see about getting in to a GYNO to ease your mind

Happens when you are under stress, and it may not be something you are conscious about stressing you. Often final exams, money, family worries and relationships can all add up to a lot of unconscious stress which can delay your period for a few days to a few weeks. I would not worry unless you go a few months without one. Mention it to your Gyno next visit if it bothers you.

Sometimes exercise can make your periods irregular and either lighter or come less often. You might want to talk to your mom if it is a concern and see a doctor if you are still worried.
