Can anyone tell me how to download YouTube or Google Videos? I want a way that I don't have to go through a thousand steps just so that I can download it and have it in a Ipod or Windows Media format as easily as possible. Are there any legal and virus free ways?

its real simple.....
go to google
search youtube to ipod converter
install it --- it doesnt have viruses dont worry
follow the directions
then import it into itunes using file --> import
your file will be under "my videos"
google video is easy... on most videos, you can choose the download to "ipod/PSP", instead of "mac/pc"

Assuming you're using FireFox, use UnPlug to download the videos: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2254
Then, use Riva FLV Encoder to copy the .flv files into .wmv.
