my mother had back surgery a month ago for spinal stenosis. After they went in they realized it was a pinched nerve and corrcted the problem (so they say), So far she has had the same pain in her back and lower extremities, she can barely walk. To add to the inconvienance, her wound is not healing up ....has anyone ever had back surgery with these problems? I feel sorry for her, but i think she's given up, she wishes for a miracle but with every surgery, she seems to get worse.

I know that the equator has more latent heat capabilities but no Coriolis Force. At the poles there is a high Coriolis Force but minimal heat. So where are you more likely to find thunderstorms?

I bought a Maxtor Personal Storage 3200 external hard drive, 200GB. My computer recognizes it on my desktop, but it won't let me put anything on it. When I try to drag a picture to the icon, a dialogue box comes up and says that the pic couldn't be added "because untitled cannot be modified." Please keep in mind that I do not know anything about computers and know even less about my Mac. I'm still trying to learn. Thanks in advance!

My bf want me to visit her when her husband goes to iraq He has know knowledge that she talks to me or that where planning this. I want to see her but if where caught it would look
like a love affair. he believe that me and her were together we have been but by accident & alchola. What should I do i want to be both of there friends I have no problem with him why do I have to be caught inbetween. But i also get this feeling that she might try to have sex with me and I won't want to hurt her feeling because iv'e know her 9 years but what if we do get drunk again or something? What is the best thing to do in this situation. She gets so mad at me if I bring him up or tell her we problay should not I suspect he may know or what if he finds out. he really does not like me from what she tells me I am concern that if something goes wrong I don't want to be the cause of there marriage to fail. But I'm sick of hiding are Friendship.

its a soft side intex 18ftx4ft pool. i pulled it out today and was going to set it up, but it is filthy and i want advice on the best way to clean it. we moved in a big hurry last year and it sat on the side of the house and has mud and water all over the inside and the out side and i would like to clean it up for the kids without having to buy a new one. any suggestion would be appreciated very much, thanks in advance for the help.

my husband complains that i am not spontaneous anymore and that i never fix up for him. well guess what. I tried to do that just today... I went shopping for several hours just trying to find the right things to look pretty(FOR HIM) and I come home and try to show him what i got, and guess what he says...nothing, just please get out of the way of the t.v.!!!! I'm running WindowsXP on a laptop and I need the computer to read the CD drive first. Currently it's reading the hard drive first. How do I get into that menu that let's me change which drive the computer reads first on startup?

The last time I was at the beach, an enormous, extended family of Mexicans spread out their towel so close to me that I was actually in the shade of their umbrella. The funny thing was, the beach was practically empty. WTF?? They were friendly enough, though. I got so drunk on their Dos Equis I could barely walk home (I live just a block from the beach). Our caterer is charging around $16.00 a person. We have had problems wit hher returning calls on at least two occassions. My fiance called her inadvertantly on mothers day (her work cell), which is also my fiance's birthday and she had a poor attitude. On four seperate occasions she has stated that it is customary for a %25 gratuity. On the bill she left an open area and put %18-%25 gratuity. I am typicaly a big tipper a resturants. It is not uncommon to leave a $10.00 for a $30.00 bill. However, I pay for professionalism and service. I am wondering what everyone thinks I should do. I have my pride to think of...Like I stated I am a fair tipper. However, I am a client and feel I have not been treated properly. Please give me your input.

When do you sit back and realise that you have no control over your child and that placing her in the states care just might be the better option for them? I know i am gonna get flak over this, but i am at the point where i think that my daughter might be better off without me. She basically hates me, disrespectful, defiant, skips school, sexually active, lies, steals, runs away, hangs with terrible kids.... etc etc. I have tried for the past year to get help through counseling and therapy, but nothing is helping. I truely belive that maybe she needs more than I can help her with. Do you think that sending her to stay in a group home until she turns 18 would be better or worse for her? I think if she continues down the road she is on now... she just might end up pregnant and on welfare, droping out of school. I am so lost!

I used to be an athiest untill I was introduced to Islam.

I read a little about christianity , howevever the bible hardly made any sence and the old testsament was filled with hatred and violence so I decided against that.

However Islam promotes peace, happiness, and freedom.

( The violence in the Koran was aimed at the crusaders of that day and Allah wants muslims to defend themselves )

Well, Since I gave my heart and soul to Allah I now make alot of money in sales, I am happier , and after many years of being single I am now married to a beautifal wife.


Isnt it amazing how Allah rewards those who follow the right path.

Been getting tired of my wife lately, of 6 years, just a straight nag, much like most women ;)

Well tomorrow is her birthday and I thought it'd be a great gift to watch a movie with her. Except the movie will be me and her best friend having the wildest sex we recorded. This is her best friend of 24 years, by the way. But hey, she does it better so who cares?

Anyway.. is this a good gift or what? This is not fake either. I am seriously tired of her
