Our caterer is charging around $16.00 a person. We have had problems wit hher returning calls on at least two occassions. My fiance called her inadvertantly on mothers day (her work cell), which is also my fiance's birthday and she had a poor attitude. On four seperate occasions she has stated that it is customary for a %25 gratuity. On the bill she left an open area and put %18-%25 gratuity. I am typicaly a big tipper a resturants. It is not uncommon to leave a $10.00 for a $30.00 bill. However, I pay for professionalism and service. I am wondering what everyone thinks I should do. I have my pride to think of...Like I stated I am a fair tipper. However, I am a client and feel I have not been treated properly. Please give me your input.

Assuming it is too late to switch caterers, I wouldn't stress out over it and just concentrate on my party and having a good time. Often the tip goes for paying the servers and crew, as their PAY. Which is a little misleading- they say the tip is for the servers, which it is-but that may not mean it is in addition to their pay. You may wish to clarify that with the owner. Also, if they do a good job they shouldn't have to suffer for her unprofessionalism. I would just tip 20 % ( since when is 25 customary- she's pushing the envelope a little) feel good about my generosity, and then just never do business with them again.

i'm rather sorry to hearken to about your puppy. one in each of our dogs became staying at a acquaintances domicile in Minneapolis and she or he were given out. It became darkish, for the period of a typhoon, and she or he became became operating down a hectic street! She became discovered collapsed from exaustion with blistered pads on a persons porch 2 days later, undesirable infant. yet another chum of mine had a dogs that became lacking for 2 months! i do not recognize what to inform you that could actually help you hit upon your puppy except submit flyers everywhere interior of a minimum of 20 miles of your position reason whoever well-knownshows her might want to stay on the outskirts of city. also be confident to placed an ad contained in the paper with her description and probably a photograph. And tell all animal shelters contained in the city so all of them recognize that there is a lacking lab puppy without collar or chip. some suggestion for the destiny - alway have your dogs the position a collar with tags that a minimum of have your modern telephone style on it, the flea stuff can't damage it. no matter if the tags by some potential fall off, the collar itself could be sufficient to allow someone recognize that the dogs may have an proprietor. also, no count what your vet says, get your dogs chipped on the first vet visit once you convey the dogs domicile. (I boost Cardigan Welsh Corgis) We continuously take our pups in and performance them chipped in the previous they flow to their new properties, that's usually between 8 and 10 weeks previous. Getting the chip would not damage them, I unquestionably have hardly ever had an 8 week previous infant cry at the same time as they were given their chip. you should by no potential wait until eventually they get altered, it isn't a precedure that calls for sedation, its only a huge shot, and they are going to have that better safe practices in case a mission like yours accurs. sturdy success on looking your puppy, i rather desire you hit upon her. Nalah is in our prayers this evening! M and the Cardi crew

Okay. First wait for her to do the catering job you want. See how it goes for food and service with a smile on their faces hopefully. If all is done very well, fine to tip her good, but if not, tip accordingly but it would have to be the lowest she has stated if you're just ok with it. bettyk
