i dont really look after what i eat as if i diet i will get more paranoid about food.

in the last 5 years ive lost weight and have gone from a size 16 down to a 10-12 which i currently am. i usually go to the gym 2-3 times a week.

im planning on looking after what i eat without dieting so i can lose my pot belly and other wobbly bits but im going to be on a budget with the foods. will cutting out carbs (not all of them) like bread and pasta and getting more protein foods in me will this help me more.

how long would it be until i got results or would that depend on how much i work out??

I was thinking about taking a freshman class in astronomy because I need 3 more hours to fill for credit. I have always wanted to learn about the moon, stars, etc. My question is are freshman astronomy classes really more about space, stars and other stuff or is it a bunch of math? My math skills are not up to par so if it is a bunch of math then I don't think i'd do well. Sometimes the course descriptions are misleading. I signed up for an oceonagraphy class thinking i'd be learning about the oceans, dolphins and whales, but that class was mostly about volcanic rocks and plates under the earth. We only talked about whales one time. I was very disappointed. lol So is beginners astronomy the same way? Will I be learning more about calculations then actual stars, moons and planets?

likeee 3 bowls of healthy cereals & all natural granola. w/ water.
2 things of non fat yogurt.
lots of whole wheat ritz crackers.
a grape fruit.
an apple.
1 tabelspoon of natural peanut butter.

i have been craving cereals and things with grains.. i can't stop eating them =[ will i gain weight from all of this?!

My family and I had been living with this family since November 2006, we moved out of that property on Sunday 1st April, 2007, the husband then called on the said date and accused me of being a thief of being dishonest some of the many names he called me. In reply I told him if this is my crime at least I had never murdered some one like he did. With that he threatened that he will have me assaulted either by him or pay some people he knows with drugs to carry out this crime. Despite telling him that I will report this threat to the Police, he continue with his threats. He repeated this to my wife and children when they went to collect our remaining items.
I am now concern for my the safety, being the fact that he, who is a Security Guard is a convicted murderer and he alleged that such assault had been carried out in the past on people who have dared to accuse him of being a murderer.
I had filed a police report but heard nothing yet. What do you suggest?

Starbucks uses milk from cows that are injected with a genetically engineered, artificial hormone called recombinant bovine growth hormone, also known as rBGH or rBST.

The problem is, this hormone is known to cause harm to cows and may pose harm to humans. Use of rBGH can contribute to the growth of antibiotic resistant bacteria. rBGH increases the rate of udder infections in cows, which are then treated with antibiotics. Use of rBGH could also pose a cancer risk to people. Injections of rBGH increase another hormone, called IGF-1, in the cow and the cow's milk. Too much IGF-1 in humans is linked with increase rates of colon, breast, and prostate cancer.

This hormone is banned in Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and all 25 countries of the European Union. And until we can get it banned in the U.S., we need to urge major food producers to use safer milk. Starbucks has already increased its use of hormone-free milk to 37% based on activist letters and calls. Let's keep up the pressure - sign the petition today to urge Starbucks to use milk that is free of artificial hormones!

Why is it that men say hurtful things after a break up? I left a miserable marriage after 15 years. He called me names, cussed me out, accused me of everything, called my mom and kids (telling them all of the same, about me) and months later he never meant it and wants to work things out. WHAT?!?! So now I have gotten out of a 7 month relationship and I get to go through the SAME thing. He runs his mouth, calls me names, makes threats, also calls me mom and threatens to tell my kids. Then when he's calm, he wants to work things out.

The thing is, I am not any of the things either of them have said. And I am 40 years old...why do they call my mom? And why does my mom listen to the crap?

How can I ever trust a man again? I don't deserve to be talked to like that. I don't deserve that kind of disloyalty. Are all men like that when they don't get their way? Why would I go back to someone that calls me names anyway? I'm definately not going back to either one of them!

If god knew 1 million years before I was born that I would never pick up a bible, never pray, never show interest in going to church and never even believe that he exists. And despite it all he still made those actions prerequisites to get into heaven. Did he do it on purpose? Did he not know or was he powerless to change those rules? If so, then he is not omnipotent. Or did he simply not care?

last night I met and hung out with a group of friends and there was this one girl that really caught my eye. This was the first time we had ever met. Later on during the night she was blatantly flirting with me and of course as was I. We ended up exchanging numbers and I told her I was going to call her today to see if maybe we can hang out tonight. All this was happening after we both had allot to drink. Alright, I've liked this girl that goes to my school for 8 months. We hardly talked at all, we're both a bit shy, but I know for a fact that she likes me. I was finally able to talk to her this week and she said she wanted me to work at this place where she works at (most likely so she can know me better). I'm going to tell her I'll accept, but I want her to talk to me now. It took courage for me to speak to her, but now I feel like shes ignoring me and she seems so social to people around me, even other boys, but she still doesn't say anything to me.
