likeee 3 bowls of healthy cereals & all natural granola. w/ water.
2 things of non fat yogurt.
lots of whole wheat ritz crackers.
a grape fruit.
an apple.
1 tabelspoon of natural peanut butter.

i have been craving cereals and things with grains.. i can't stop eating them =[ will i gain weight from all of this?!

The reason you are craving carbs is because the more of them you eat, the more you crave.
Eat some meat or other protein to balance your diet and fill you up.

No you won't - you will keep that metabolism hot though so keep on enjoying. I must admit what is the deal w/ cereal and water...sounds a little yucky. Good?
