i think of the mansions that god has waiting for us, meeting famous christians, and of course, god, jesus, and the holy gost.

A place much like earth but a million times more greater and spectacular! Streets of gold, gates made of gemstones, mansions, etc. It sounds like a royal place and a most fitting place to be in the presence of God our King!

I see a world that GOD created in it's pure form without sin. The command center of the universe. I am not sure but think these "mansions" could be glorified bodies.

I think it's a word, that man, made in attempts to describe the indescribable. I believe the other side (Heaven) is beyond any words or knowledge that most of us have.
It's like describing colors to the blind or sound to the deaf. Some things have to be experienced and are beyond words for expression.

I think of an old joke about when an old man got to heaven and he's being shown around. Here's the Episcopalians, there's the Baptists, and so on. Eventually they came to a big wall, whereupon the guide shushed him and tiptoed very quietly past. Once they were clear, the old man asked the guide what that was all about. "That's the Catholics," he said. "They think they're the only ones here."
It is my understanding that heaven is a Christian concept, so I did not fill it with others.

when i hear the word heaven i thonk of the place where God is. I think of a place where only if you are good you will go. I think of rather being there than going to hell.
