Do you live in an area that is either liberal or conservative? Which are you, comparatively? I ask, because I live in an extremely liberal region, and am a conservative. However, when I talk to people who live in regions that are conservative, they call me a liberal (which would make my neighbors laugh). SO, are you liberal or conservative, for where you live? How does this forum view you politically?

If there is no God (an objectional supreme authority outside humanity to make rules) then all ones rights are merly subjunctive opinions in which anyone, anywhere at any time can be free to disagree with. No God no morals!

The Declaration of Independence is the document on which the Bill of Rights and the Constitution is derived from. The Declaration of Independence says mandkind is endowed by there Creator with life, liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Since Atheist deny the Creator doesn't that mean self-proclaimed Atheist who don't want to be hypocrits forgo all rights given to them under the Constitution. Since it is only by God the Founders recognized them as deserving of rights.
Yes, the existance of God is an opinion. But it is not an opinion to say the Founders believed that life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness derived from God.

If you deny God then under American law one should freely surrender all rights given to them.

P.S. I know this is really biased

I can't do standard back strengthening exercises because of increased pain. Also have fibromyalgia so my stamina strength and flexibility are very limited. I am overweight and want to reduce and tone (to help myself) but am so limited in what I can do. I know diet alone is not enough, but even a short walk results in a lot of pain. Any suggestions?

For as long as I can remember, I have become very depressed right after my period. I over-analyze my relationship with my boyfriend and create problems that could otherwise have been totally avoided. I cry for no reason, even at work, and I cancel plans to lay in bed after I get home so that I don't have to be social while I am an emotional disaster. My depression is normally accompanied by a headache that Ibuprofen doesn't relieve at all, and even when exhausted, I find it hard to sleep. What do I do?

Also, how do I tell my boyfriend how to deal with me then? I'm afraid if I just blame it on my hormones, he won't take me seriously. It really annoys him, often makes him angry (which just makes me cry and feel more hopeless) and neither of us know how to handle it. Can anyone help?

I have been on Yaz for a year, which I have heard is supposed to relieve these symptoms. Is there a possibility this isn't hormonal? I do get depressed at other times, but I never know what is normal.

My older sister used to receive welfare checks for her bastard children and she also received a welfare check for rent. My mom bought a house and they both filled out the paperwork to state that my sis paid mom for rent. My mom cashed the check and gave my sister the money Having been a welfare worker, I knew that this was the felony crime of welfare fraud. I turned them in, but I never heard of the outcome, due to privacy issues. They defrauded you and I (read tax payers) to the tune of over $15,000 If they had robbed a bank, I would turn them in. What do you think and would you do the same thing, or would you be an accessory after the fact and hide their crime?

I recently started 2 gardens, one in my backyard(tomatoes,broccoli rabe, lettuce) and one around a tree in front of house with flowers(marigolds, coleus, petunias, daisies).Before starting each garden I dug up & weeded the ENTIRE erea until nothing was left but dirt,which I then raked up and added miracle-gro soil to the top (went through 3 HUGE BAGS),then I transplanted my flowers & vegetables.A few days ago I noticed a small plant growing near the tomatoes which reminded me of a pic of a marijuana leaf I had said in high school but it was green & red, three leaves, pointy jagged edges, kinda cool looking so I watered it & it is getting bigger, then I noticed the same small plant now growing in my flower garden in fron of house. IS this poison ivy or could it be some wildflower?It looks pretty cool, I thought maybe it sprouted from seeds I had planted last year but now I'm wondering should I pull them up,does it sound like poison?Dark maroon & green-3 leaves,points on top-jagged edges

So I miss spelled a couple of words or the question s wasn't phrased correctly...you don't have to be sarcastic or mean. I sometimes don't think right or shake when I type because of the chemo I go through everyday, is that a reason to be so mean. I you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all. I , like al lot of people, have enough bad and negative people in their lives, we don't anymore.

I have been seeing this Psychiatrist for about ten months. Initially I thought he was okay but about a month into it I found him to be sort of arrogant. He has this aura about him that I do not like. He dismisses my comments and suffers from selective memory. I have given him every chance in the world to change. I have been battling back and forth with him in an effort to switch doctors but he always wants me to come in for one last session. I told him I'm not coming back anymore. He threatened that if I don't show for 4 straight weeks then he'll discharge me from the clinic. I need to see a doctor and can't afford to get kicked out of the clinic because I need help. What should I do? The thought of having to see him again makes me sick to my stomach. I don't want to ruin his career but I was thinking of writing a letter to the hospital stating the issues I have with him and the struggles I've had in theraphy because of his attitude. He acts as if he's so superior.

I decided that my husband & I will skip the ceremony and just attend the wedding. How rude do ya'll think that is? Mind you, this is a guy friend of mine whom I speak to rarely & I plan on bringing a nice gift. I just can't spend an entire day out of town with animals at home and school work to attend to.
