I'm trying to get in shape for the summer and have been running 4 miles every night. Now I'm hearing that I should also be lifting weights in an effort to "sculpt" while I tone. Problem is: I have no access to weight machines. Anybody know some excercises that can give me the same benefits as lifting weights? Please don't tell me to pick my husband up above my head fifteen times in sets of three... thanks in advance...

Okay we all know you probably like your own, but what sign do you think you personally like the most, get along with the most, find you are always dating...and why do you think you like them so much..Also the worst for you.

Im a scorpio and i find i get along best with cancer, they excite and interest me. Pisces i get along good with too, but i tend to be too mean to them, lol...my sis, best friend are pisces and they are very sensitive. But cancer seems to like that about me. The worst I have found are virgos and taurus. I dont really ever get on the same wavelength as them.

My boyfriend and the mother of his child have a good relationship. They discuss things about their child, etc and thats fine with me but i found it kind of bothersome when i overheard him giving out advice to her about a child that is not even his. She is married and i just kind of felt like thats something she should be able to talk to her husband about or the father of that child! He says it was just friendly advice but i still felt a little uncomfortable with it. Am i over reacting? should i even be worried about it? just need some thoughts on it.

Ok, heres the deal... I am not catholic but my fiance is and he wants our 9 month old baby to be baptized catholic. I beleive that a child should be able to choose for themselves what they beleive but at the same time I know that it means alot to him. We are not fighting about it or anything, but I just don't know what the right thing to do is. I am Christian and very much believe in God but Im still a little confused and need advice. She doesnt have car insurance and is scared she'll get into trouble. Its at least 500 worth of damage. Do i have to pay her out of pocket? I pay insurance for a reason!!! My deductible is only 100, and i dont feel i should pay anymore than that.

My dad said a few interesting things to me yesterday. He said that some tapes that terrorists make and distribute to others almost always are spoken in code. As in, the terrorists are using codes to give messages to eachother and sometimes those messages can be orders to put terroist plans into action. Then he said that when the media gets a hold of tapes of .... let's say Osama Bin Laden speaking they run them almost 24/7 and announce to the people what was said in the tapes. Now lets switch gears a bit....

My dad also brought up one more good point. The main target of terrorism is to create... you guessed it, terror and fear. The kind of terrorists like Osama Bin Laden know that the best thing they could probably do is to get onto American Tv to create that terror and paranoia through their tapes.
