So sorry, but you can't. The Angels were beings before earth was created. People just don't die, and 'become' Angels. That's a man-made fairy tale.

You can't. Angels and humans are different beings. Humans don't ever become angels.

Well I think your only option, as you are already (unfortunatly?) born as a human and it's pretty hard to change that, is to disguise as an angel and pretend that you are one.
If you're speaking on a more metaphorical level, you could start by paying attention to the people around you and be helpful to others.

Angels are made to obey God and Man has the choice, because of this choice man can be better than angels if he chooses to obey God.

angels are entirely different from humans. they are God’s special agents to carry out his plan and to minister to followers of Christ. after death the spirit of a believer goes to be with Christ.. the believer does not become an angel
angels are beings created by God, you can't "become" one
