Happiness is a state of being and nothing less or more. It has nothing to do with any physical object. Happiness is when you decide you are happy. Asking for proof of happiness is like asking for proof of love, it can not be proved only experienced.

If ever you need a proof for happiness, you are not happy. He you feel you do not want a proof, that means your feelings are coming from deep inside and that you are happy.

I reckon it's a full relaxing, restful, undisturbed nights sleep. Anything other than true happiness would affect ur sleep in some way

I dont think there is anything to show for being happy,only memories you are left with.
If you are happy it has a knock on effect,so maybe your life would be better quality?
