I am a paralegal and I do Social Security Disability work. Typically, before the hearing, your attorney (hopefully you have one) will talk to you about your case and explain what will happen. Then you will go into the hearing. Only you, your attorney, the judge and maybe a Vocational expert will be there. Depending on the Judge it will only take about 20-30 minutes, maybe less. Unless there is some type of dilemia, ect. Judges usually will start a little early on cases. They have so many a day, they get people in and out.

in simple terms because you obtain your info in on the 14th would not guy it became appeared at than. 2 vacation trips fell interior of 30 days and a nil.33 quick to adhere to. So probability is the decide has in simple terms had the prospect to look on the info. there is the want for further stick with-up. Than it should be written up - and that would want to take numerous weeks. So, if you're fortunate you receives it in early February, yet i does no longer be too bothered until eventually early March. Denial and acceptances take an same era of time.
