Have you or anyone you know had a breast reduction?

I am wanting one...but I don't want them to grow back again. What am I a starfish? can this be??? My friend.....she too had this. THEY GREW BACk. hmm. THIN of fat....They were always past a "DD". I was a "D" when I was 16 and they went haywire from then on. There's a joke.....now that I gained weight. my guy friends say that MY body....caught up with my boobs. any suggestions or input on breast reductions?
