apply ice packs for ten minutes at a time, several times a day. use a wrist support when you work. Advil soft gel capsules taken four times daily will relieve some of the pain. I advise you see your medical doctor for further information and an examination of the problem.

Ice therapy (ice 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off a few times each day), wrist support, proper ergonomics (how computer position is set up). For a more permanent solution consider acupuncture (it really does work) or even surgery as a last resort.
