Some of my co-workers have gotten together and made a bet on who will lose the most weight in 3 months. We are going by percentage instead of straight weight. I am a heavy person (about 240 pounds, 5'91/2") I am the heaviest in the group, the others are all small and only need to lose about 20 pounds or so. Two questions: Do you think there's a chance that I can win and if so please give me some advise on what I can do to maximize my weight loss. Thanks in advance to all who respond. Oh, yeah, I have not told them for sure that I will be joining them, I want to wait on your responces, first.

Weather - Sunny, Rainy, Snowy, Cold, Bright, Cloudy, etc.
Season - Spring (mine!), Summer, Autumn/Fall, Winter (my ex-fave).

I like Spring in season but Philippines only have summer and rainy days. I love cold weather. Cloudy and breezy was okay and i also love rainy but only if i'm at home. I'll love it if it's really windy! I'm so excited for the coming rainy days on June but I hate back-to-school... = (

I'd like to loose weight and loose fat in the stomach and thighs. I somewhat enjoy cardio like jump roping, jogging, etc. I tryed sit-ups and increase 5 each day... but I don't see much a difference except for the fact that my abs are stronger. Please help me!!! What kind of excersices help to loose fat in the stomach and thighs? And what kind of excercises help to just loose weight? And... are there any tips for getting ready for badminton try-outs? It was made from a pre-printed paper that he was just supposed to fold and tape along the lines. It was sort of round octaonal shaped. I would like to know where it came from and some more speific details on assembly and launching. He just built it at school and brought it home. Said another kid gave one to everyone in the class and told them to go to the hobby store and buy rocket engines for it.

I've noticed that most anti-muslim, anti-mormon, anti-sikh, anti-hindu comments come from Christians.
Christians tend to defend Bush more than Atheists too.
Not defending Islam here, but I don't think it's fair to judge Islam by Ben Laden, just like it's not fair to judge Christianity by the Crusades, or the inquisition.

My dog likes to sit on my lap when I'm on the couch. She sits resting her body on mine, with her head on my chest and she looks up at me with those big brown eyes.
All I can do is look back at her, smile and give her lots of cuddles, it is the cutest thing she does.
