I was told today that I have an overactive thyroid and that my levels were way off. Also I was told that I have slightly high blood sugar. My doctor asked my symptoms relevant to hyperthyroidism ie, intolerance to heat, heart palpatations, appetite etc which i have some of however I am overweight and have been for quite a few years. I have within the last three months started to exersice and I mean really exercise and strength train. I'm losing inches but only a few pounds. Not only that I have several symptoms of hypothyroidism I think which the doctor didnt ask me about. He has me going for a thyroid scan next week but is there something I am missing? I filled out a sheet with all my symptoms but I feel like he didnt read them. How can I be overweight and have hyperthyroid? Will I gain more weight if I take the meds to correct this?? Help!!!?!?!?

I was curious if guys like it when girls look feminine but also like talking about sports. I am very girly (love doing hair, makeup, shopping, fashion, etc...) but I also play basketball and softball and LOVE talking with guys about baseball and basketball. Do guys like this or would they rather hear me talk about girly things? Thanks!!

is it possible he came even though i didn't feel it and he had a condom on. I dont know if I should take the morning after pill or just wait til my period comes and I know i'm right around my ovulatory period. Our Speaker of the House goes to a rouge terrorist state (Syria) in defiance to our president’s orders, and then proceeds tell Bashar al-Assad (Syria's president) that she does not back the United States president, and soon her party will take over. As some may have heard, Yolanda King, daughter of Dr. Martin Luther King has died today. She was an avid supporter in gay rights and did so much for the gay community as well as the black community. There were rumors that she herself was a lesbian, but either way, she is no longer here, and she, at least in my eyes, was a great woman, as were her parents.
