In a word ..no, to both questions. Thankfully.

Anyone who holds such views tends to keep them quiet because they are extremely unpopular. The closest neo-nazis in Britain get to being an organised political group is in the form of a fringe party called the "British National Party". They have never come even close to winning a single seat in Parliament, although they have recently won a few places in local council elections in the east London borough of Barking, when the overall turn-out was very low...and they now never even turn up to council meetings.

Anyhow, the city would probably be a nazi's worst nightmare. London is probably the most cosmopolitan city on earth, and always has been. One of the most notable features of London is just how mixed the population is...and most people are both tolerant and welcoming of different people and cultures. Londoners generally hate nazi views, one reason being that the city was heavily bombed during WW2 by the nazis.

I was just in London for a week and didn't see a single one. I haven't heard that they are a problem in the city, and with the amount of police there I highly doubt it.

If you want to go to London, you have nothing to worry about.

There are maybe a few thousand in the whole of the UK. They aren't bothered about tourists.
Now if you went to live in the wrong area, that would be different.
