after they divorce?

The company I work for does not issue company phones. I am a delivery driver and when the customer is not available at the point of delivery my company expects me to ring the customer using my own phone or ring my company to ring the customer. I am also expected to use my own phone (without a hands free kit which is not provided) to answer questions from my company.
The boss has already threatend making myself redundant for not delivering items to addresses where no one is in or it is unsafe to leave the item because of fear of theft (whitch has also happened to me)
After raising the issue to my line manager today, stating that I have no obligation to make or recieve calls whilst driving on company business (illegal in its self) with my own phone which I own and pay for, i was told, 'if you dont like it then find a job somewhere else'.
Im wondering where i stand legally here?
My phone number is also given out to customers and calls I have made have been diverted abroad!!!!!

I have been charged 125 bucks for "cleaning," which is bs considering I cleaned the apartment thoroughly and basically left the apartment in better shape then when I moved in. When I asked the building super she said the carpet was dirty so I asked her if she could show me and she said no also the carpet was a dark brown color. Then said I have pictures but they are being developed. I asked a few days later and she did not show them too me. Low and behold it has almost been 3 weeks and they still refuse to show me proof of this "damage"

I have a 4 month old chi, i bought her a tooth brush/tooth paste..and she doesnt like the paste nor the whole process ...and honestly looking at her teeth, they are whiter/cleaner then mine, LOL do i really need to brush them? let me know, also please read this also, tell me what you men think of this......the truth hurts sometimes!
"Men are under some weird bazaar impression that females are totally beautiful and lovely. When in fact. They are NO different then men. They burp. They fart. They stink up the bathroom. They also have smelly feet. Skid marks on their underwear. They are messy and they pick their nose and butts. But more importantly is they bleed every month. NOW please explain to me why men choose to ignore these disgusting habits in females? Because I refuse to believe females our above males. They are no different then us men. They are gross. And there is nothing special about them. Girls like to hide these types of behaviors. And I promise you guys when as soon as you"

Lobbyists represent big businesses and by contributing to "election campaigns" infuence the politicans to pass laws (or prevent laws from being passed) that help the business, but often hurt you and I. It doesn't matter which party, Democrat or Republican. This is why we have preditory lending, payday loans, illegal immigration, eminant domain, unfair banking and credit card practices, trading imbalances with China, bad environmental laws etc.

Should lobbying be disallowed?

- WHAT DOES THE LAW DICTATE?
- Does Federal/State Law trump company policy?
-Whats the statute of limitations (time window) on a suit?
- Can the cost of future health expenses of the litigant (those directly related to the suit, and those directly resulting from denied heath benefits during the time of employment) be incorporated into the suit on the premise that those expenses would never have existed had those health benefits been provided?

I have a five month old daughter and the nurse at my Dr. office said she can't have any over the counter medication until she is 6 months. The only way I can get approval to give something before then is to bring her in. She has a cough and a little congestion at night only. I am almost positive it is allergies which Benadryl will take care of. We have an infant dosage chart for Tylenol and Dr. Sears says that the Benadryl dosage is the same. Do you guys think it is ok for me to give her some Benadryl at night so the poor baby will stop coughing and get some sleep? Thanks!

Problem? Either the husband or person in house (at their address) is on the Sex offenders website. (name comes up on caller id as same name). I am opting not to return phone call which I have never done) as opposed to saying I'm not interested in doing business because of safety reasons.

My 87 year old grandmother has come to live with me. I have noticed that every time I take her to the bathroom, she has a smear of BM in her Depend Undergarment. She doesn't have an impaction. She seems unable to push the stool out of her rectum, and instead there is a constant ooze of soft feces coming out. I have her on Miralax 3 x weekly (she gets very constipated without it), and I give her metamucil in the evening. Is this something I'm going to have to get used to, or is there a way to bulk it up and stop the incontinence?

I'm 16 weeks pregnant and i love my fella to bits. The only problem is that now and again (more often lately) he gets really upset and emotional. He has a little boy aged 7 who he doesn't see due to him moving abroad with the mother..circumstances out of his control. He gets upset and says he feels he's failed his son and is scared he's going to be a failure of a father to our baby. He's the kindest most caring and gentle man i know..and i know he'll be a wonderful father! But nothing seems to convince him, and he feels so guilty that he is not seeing his son, more so than ever at the moment. Nothing seems to comfort him. What can i do or say?

1 - World Sea Levels have not risen in the last 100 years.
2 - Congress refused to act on the looney tune Al Gores Wet Dream Fantasy he Calls Global Warming. Actually Al Gore suffers from Global Intoxication - Al is allergic to the Truth.
3 - The Earth's Atmosphere contains 78% Nitrogen, 21% Oxygen and 1% Carbon Dioxide. This balance has not changed for thousands of years. Therefore, the Carbon Footprint is a joke and if you believe this non sense, then you have just been had by Al Gore. You IDIOTS!
4 - Since Trees and Plants breath in Carbon Dioxide, this gas compound is essential to all life on Earth.
5 - Al Gore has also stated that he invented the internet. Another Lie from being Globally Intoxicated. However, his Democrat Buddy Bill Clinton, did indeed invent Phone SEX!
