I am purchasing the home I live in, the seller has a real estate agent (TOM) , I used Charter Funding and my VA loan to get this house, I have been loan approved,passed apprasial, CF says we should close next week, NOW this tom guy says he has a closer that he is thinking about using instead of CF, my question is, has he lost his mind? Or should I tell the seller to ignore him (because I really think he's wanting more fee money).

I had an interview tuesday morning and they said they would probably have a decision by the end of the week. Today is Friday and I am wondering if I should call around 3p to let them know i'm still interested and see if i am still under consideration. I already sent a thank you via email the day of my interview. I don't want to seem too pushy, but since it is for a recruiter position, I am wondering if it makes sense to be a little more assertive.

I just let my soulmate go!! I know it in my heart were meant for each other..I know it in the way he looks at me,hold me,kisses me ,and even says my name..It was a very bumby road we went through..And while we never made our relationship offical I know he loved me.He never told me but he told other who told me.he said he just couldnt say what he wanted..I chased him for 11 yrs im 24 now.Hes 29...I showed him how i was in love with him i told him in everyway..The past 2 months has been crazy..I found out he slept w/someone else and she's preg. may or may not be his, alot of other stuff happened..and this past week i had a miscarriage with his child ..hes the only one i been with for 3 yrs...After all this I was soo tired of trying to prove i loved him and i thought its best to let him go.hes 3hrs from me and in school and works..how could anything work out! I thought in telling him its time to let go he'd beg me not to leave and tell me he loved me..CONT....

I am a good QB from what my friend and others have said about my throwing and arm strength and accuracy. i want to go play in college but i dont know what to do because i didnt play in hs because my grades were more important to me.

since i know how to run an offense and can find the open reciever and can figure the defensive rush what should i do to convince a college coach that i might be good for his team since i havent learnd any playbook yet and dont really know how to memorize a playbook.

No offense to Calvin who I hear is quite good but the Lions had much bigger needs then reciever. I would have loved them to take Brady Quinn or even Joe Thomas but not Johnson. Matt Millen needs to be fired.

would you spend alot of money towards a service that could help you get to your goal faster, meaning they take some of the workload and push you like a coach or something out of your comfort zone to achieve it. or would you save the money, stay comfortable, and slowly work towards it. i guess its a question of how bad do you want it. lots of money vs. your goal, which would you pick?

i start a new job the day after tomorrow and i cant help but to feel overwhelmingly anxious about the whole thing. i feel sick to my stomach and i am dreading even going for the first day. it gets so bad that i cant remember anything that happens while i am there and i tend to make more mistakes because i am so worried. there have been times where i just wanted to run out crying. i have gone through this before with my previous job and even after working there for 4 months, it never got any better. i cant go on medication because i do not have health insurance and i cannot afford to pay out of pocket. i really need this job and i really dont want to feel thjis way the enitre time. what can i do (besides medicine) to relieve some of this anxiety?

that you foot actually is touching...is it an insole or something.. the part that ususally has the brand name or maby the size of the shoe.
