I'm going to the bar tonight need something to start a conversation with the women there that are giving me the eye.
I do great if I can get a conversation going but I usually draw blanks on how to start the convo.

Well...it really depends. I mean, you can something about the music that's playing (if any), you could notice what drink she's having and comment on that, honestly as a girl...I don't go for the cheesy pick up lines. A girl can tell when you're being fake so I don't suggest any pick up lines. For me, I like a guy who doesn't seem like he's trying to hard...things just flow. Be yourself. Let things just flow...

Smile, :o) If they are giving you the eye, then they will smile back.
I know it's corny, but ask them if they've been 'here before' make out it's a kind of hesitation and show a mild lapse of boyishness ;o)
if that don't work, then offer to buy them a drink, then be yourself, honesty usually works with a woman ;o) good luck

Gosh you're gorgous! That dress looks great on you! Girls love compliments, and it will tell her you're interested. Be interested in who she is... nothing cheesy though, or she may just laugh at you.
