I am in varsity band at my high school. My instrument has been missing for the past two days and I can't find it ANYWHERE. This has happened once before and thanks to a stroke of luck I had I found my instrument. Since it has been missing for the past two days, and a friend suggested it, I was wondering....

a) can I sue the school or school district because it went missing while I was storing it in a band locker under school care, and

b) if so, what course of action should I take?

My Fiance and I were speaking to friends of her family about buying their house. We visited the home a few times and even were talking numbers. I found out they just listed with an agent two days ago. I have never spoken with the agent and want to avoid it if possible. Can I make an offer to the sellers direct, and avoid them having to pay 3% commission ($25,000) or more even though the listed the home? Also I do not have an real estate agent yet either.

I'm thinking of getting plastic surgery but I'm not sure because
1. I was thinking breast lift because I was a ddd before baby & nursing & such, and now...well you can guess the current state of things. I do want to be able to fit into a normal size bra, and comfortably nurse another baby if I have one.So in this case,would a lift still be considered cosmetic surgery?
2. She really gave me some pretty good ones in the stretch mark department, but I had a whoole bunch of weight to lose anyway, so after I lose all this(& yes I've already started to),
1.what's the likelihood(I'm 21, probably 22 by the time the weight's gone) my skin will stay all stretched out, and if it does
2. would state insurance probably cover skin removal
3. what's the likelihood they can get rid of the stretch
marks with it(they're vertical up & down the sides)
4. If state insurance doesnt pay for this, how much can I
expect to pay out of pocket in

I keep getting hung apps and the pc shuts itself down and starts back up with a "windows has recoverd from a serious error" etc i've tried a system restore to an earlyer date but thats about all i know how to do!! does anyone have any advice? i'm @ the end of my tether with it!!
