How can I stop a receding hair line?

I am 23 years old and a male. I am specifically interested knowing ways that aren't expensive or drastic (like surgery).

There is a very good product now, called PROCERIN on the market, that many do not know about. You are at the perfect age, and I have a friend whose son was going bald...when he took the Procerin, his hair grew back, amazingly.
