it`s the best place in the world!!! i have been to london 3x & the last time i stayed for 6 months...i didn`t want to leave!!! u have everything u need in london...it`s absolutely impossible to become bored with it, because u have museums, nitelife, parks, shopping...i can`t wait to go back, i`m already planning my next visit!!!

I'm really glad I went . . . once. It's not a place I would want to go back to. But I'm glad I got to see several of the typical tourist things. The locals are always rushing and running and pushing there, any time of day. As opposed to, say, Rome, where the pace is much slower. Weather stinks, cold and rainy. Ran into a lot of people who hate Americans, which surprised me. Food was awful. I just don't understand eating baked beans for breakfast.
I did feel safe there and found it very easy to get around, though. Probably the easiest big city to find your way that I've ever been to. So that's a big plus for a tourist! If you have the chance, you should definitely give it a try. Once may be enough for you, too. But I'm glad I went!

Best capital in the world. Just perfect. London the most cosmopolitan city IMO.. and the greatest of them all.

I havent personally been there but my sister was there just this past September she visited alot of museums and historical places, is a wonderful place to visit if you are into old history, monuments, and appreciate history. If you are planning a trip go for it. she said is a magical place to visit. there are alot of websites where you can research before you go.
