I work extensively within the realm of litigation as a legal assistant... but I have had little experience with "wrongful termination" suits. I do not intend on filing a suit unless I have any unexpected difficulty in my seach for new employment - btw...I was "fired" yesterday... no notice, just fired...no witnesses, no paperwork with reasoning...just a conference with an associate attorney...in private. Here's the deal... I went to see an infectious disease Dr. one week ago. I have had minor skin abcesses for about a year which began after a very bad case of MRSA. I, along with my treating physician...assumed that this was the staph bacteria causing it. I was treated with high dosages of antibiotics for several months which only temporarily relieved symptoms. bottom line specialist said it NO staph, sent me to a derm. who confirmed NO INFECTION at all. it's freakin acne. that was this a.m. I was fired yesterday b/c a coworker claims she now has mrsa b/c of me. she's at wk 2day

How do you get a man to tell you that sappy love poem stuff? Like, my love for you would fill oceans and I would go to the ends of the earth for you. Stuff like that? I want somebody to say "You complete me" to me. Ya know what I mean? I want that kind. Tell me your life's not worth living if it isn't with me. I want a hopeless romantic to tell me these things. You don't have to mean it, but it would be wonderful to hear. Your eyes are like shimmering pools of diamonds, your lips are like the softest petals from a rose. I love that stuff. I don't ever get it though.

I have a 4.3 gpa, I am almost a eagle scout, I am 16 with 2 years perfect high school attendance, and I seek too lead and be an example for others by utilizing the principles of christianity, also, I have set these goals in the fitness department.

* 1.5 hour run easy
*lift 5 pound weight 1000 times straight or 1 hour straight without a break.
* 15 pullups
* 110 situps in 2 minutes
*70 pushups in 2 minutes
*swim 1.5 miles easily
*I play varsity soccer
* 45 minutes of calistinics everyday
* I weigh 130 and benchpress 110 easy.
*sprint 100 yards in 12 seconds.

I hope that I am in a good position can anyone help?

My boyfriend is in college and we made a deal that if he got an A on his test I would be his slave for a whole weekend. I wore lingerie that he bought me, massaged his feet, made him dinner, even wore this nurse costume that I had last halloween. Well it turns out that he lied to me! He told me he got an A on his final but instead he got a D+. I was pissed. The anger has subsidded now and its time for revenge. He is now going o be my slave. Afternoon mommies..mommies to be..and daddies...Im pregnant with my first im going no 19 weeks and I have not felt my baby move in over 3 weeks..When I was 16 weeks I swore I felt my little angle..it felt like little bubbles or flutters in my tummy I loved the feeling as I rubbed my belly and felt little kicks..but since then i have not felt my angel. I know everything is ok becasue i just came from the doctors last friday and I heard my babies heartbeat fast and healthy..my weight is good my blood pressure is good no pains in my stomach and no bleeding so I know my angle is in there..but how can I get he or she to move for me lol..any suggestions what did you mommies or mommies to be do...should i drink something or move a certain..lol...Hope this is not a dumb question but its my first child I would like some advise

My blood pressure has been very high since I was 37 weeks and said I had hypertension that could quickly lead to preclampsia if not addressed. My doctor said it would be safer to induce this week. I am 39 weeks so the baby is ready, I have just heard horrible stories and need encouraging. I only want the baby to be safe. Any good, happy stories??? Please help!

I live in a small iowa community. Everybody knows everybody and not a lot happens here. Almost a year ago this guy "allegedly" shot his mom, dad, and three teenage sisters. I can see reasonable doubt in this case and would hate to see him walk free. He is a known meth user and was probably tweaked when he did this.


do you think its fair that he could even possibly ge away with this?
