my laptop is 700MHz, with 64MB memory. it's running WinXP Home Ed. my screen freezes up when I click things too fast. is it because it's running XP with only 64MB? if i switch it to Win2000, would it run faster? or it simply needs more memory?

please help and give me some opinions. thanks!

Does This Count As Income? My Husband and I are about 6 weeks away from buying our first home. Well... on 4/13/07 he was laid off and next week we are going to start the loan process. Can his unemployment benefits count as income for the loan?

I asked if it was proven he existed would it remove the need to have faith that he did, because you wouldnt need faith in something proven. I got a load of abuse from some christians and they did not actually answer the question. Why did they not just say that they thought my question was rubbish rather than try to make out I was stupid. This is the thing that makes people dislike beleivers. Does blind faith make you blind to everything? Why are some christians so intolerant? Why cant they answer a straight question? They seem like politicians, they just got a pre planned speech and they cant seem to think for themselves. Have they been brainwashed? Please feel free to abuse and belittle me.......

I want you to think of several things, the majority of Americans think they are saved. Now after saying that, JESUS said that "those who love me keep my commandments". I ask you this also, the Bible says that many will be hearers of the Word and not doers of the Word, deceiving themselves. Are you a doer, or a hearer. One last thing, JESUS says that the road to HELL is wide and many will take it, and the road to HEAVEN is narrow and few will find everlasting life, are you sure you are one of the few. Are you sure that you are born again and have the evidence of the HOLY SPIRIT working in your life, YOU be the Judge. But there is good news even if you find that you have been deceived all this time, all you have to do is repent to GOD and truly give your heart over to JESUS CHRIST. JESUS did die for our sins and rise again on the third day as all the scriptures testify. Please come to CHRIST and leave your old life behind you. GOD BLESS YOU.

I'm getting married soon. Evrything's going great. I'm planning to get a bigger house. Only prob is...I don't like the idea of my parents staying in a different house by themselves. I want to take care of them and keep them in my "line-of-sight". They are in their sixties. I don't know how to tell my girlfriend that. I suppose evry girl wants to set up a family in their own house without in-laws. My girlfriend's parents have passed away.

For long and how many calories does your body burn after working out?

Also, if I sleep after working out does that stop the calorie burning? Like, if I get up at 5am and work out til 6, then sleep from 6-7 would that still count as a morning workout?

Who's ever peed their pad, and did it help?

Here's my story:

Once I was stuck in a car and I needed to go really badly, for like an hour. And I realized that I was about to have an accident, so I was trying to protect the car seat (and my pants) and grabbed two of the pads I had in my purse. Then, I stuck them in my underwear. I realized that there was a box of tissues next to me so I just pulled like all of them out, and stuck them over my pad. Then, I just let go and relieved myself. Like 10 gallons of pee, seriously. It almost worked, but the sides of the underwear were very wet, which also caused some of my pants to get wet too, but overall I guess it was okay. Now I keep some diapers in the glove compartment, and they work well. I've also discovered that it feels kind of good, but I haven't had an experience like this since.

So, who's had an experience like this one?

I moved here to Madison for college and can't stand this state. Especially with it's gay marriage ban. Thankfully I can use I-90 after graduation to speed out as soon as possible and let them freeze with no scenery lol. What do you guys think of cheeseland?

Kiwanis, Rotary, Lions, Masons, etc. all have a religious, generally Christian aspect. I am Christian but I have friends that are other religions or atheists and I would like to work with them on civic projects through an organization.

Is there such an organization that devotes itself to businesspeople that want to offer service to the community?

I guess I'm looking for "a Kiwanis that believes in Unitarian Universalists" principals.

Do you know of any club like that out there?
